Positive: Excellent comfortable 3 bed 3 bath apartment in a very convenient location. Fantastic private ski room with boot warmers.

Negative: Expensive although the AUD exchange rate is not good currently !! Odd by Australian standards not to have a microwave, but otherwise excellent cooking facilities.

Summary: Wonderful comfortable apartment in a great location.

Positive: We stayed in the 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment. It was exactly what I was looking for. Breathtaking views from every single room. The whole building was very clean, modern, comfortable, sound proof, and exactly as pictured. Large elevator and comfortable beds.

Negative: The pillows were very fluffy but too soft. Almost went flat when you lied on them. When the cancel by date arrived you either had to wire money to pay for the property or pay quite a large convenience fee to pay with credit card which was not disclosed in advance on booking.com

Summary: The absolute perfect place to stay in Zermatt!
